Why is this brand expanding so fast?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Enrique Ortiz -<\/strong> In 2006, when we took over Innside, it was a purely German brand. Today it is <strong>an international brand<\/strong>. Last year, we opened hotels in New York and Manchester. Several new establishments are planned in Germany, in <strong>Hamburg<\/strong> in particular, but also to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/innside-by-melia-lifestyle-paris-cdg-20170428.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Paris CDG, in 2019<\/strong><\/a>and to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-a-milan-fragrances-chics-et-envolees-lyriques-20150629.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Milan<\/a> and Amsterdam. We are also in negotiations for other hotels in major UK cities. At the same time, as South America is a natural market for Melia, our ambition is to <strong>roll out the brand in all the capitals of the sub-continent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Innside has gone from being primarily a business brand to a more leisure-oriented one...<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Enrique Ortiz -<\/strong> It's true that our hotels are increasingly targeting weekend guests. But this development also meets the expectations of business travellers. From Monday to Friday, once their work is done, they want to take advantage of the rest of the day to have dinner with friends or colleagues, to meet people. Others want to take advantage of their free time to go to the gym or the sauna. We always have areas dedicated to leisure in Innside hotels. It's important to remember that Melia Hotels is <strong>born 60 years ago in the resorts segment<\/strong>. We have real expertise in this area. So it's quite natural for us to develop an urban hotel into something more leisure-oriented.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>transmit this spirit to every aspect of our business<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>What does this mean for your hotels?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Enrique Ortiz -<\/strong> We try to convey this spirit in every aspect of our business. We do this through the soul we put into our hotels, with efficient and motivated staff, and through the interior design, with warmer colours and more natural materials, such as wood. In short, everything that this new generation of business travellers expects.
