A good drawing is sometimes better than a long speech, especially when backed up by figures. The firm Arthur Loyd<\/strong> has understood this, and has recently launched a computer graphics<\/strong> dedicated toboom <\/a>coworking in Paris<\/strong> and \u00cele-de-France. Presented as the\u00a0first study to measure the extent of coworking in the Paris market<\/em>\u00a0\"the survey draws a \"\u00a0impressive finding\u00a0<\/em>\"<\/strong> and provides that \"\u00a0over 70,000 m\u00b2 of coworking space<\/strong> will open their doors in 2017, almost as many as in the last 5 years\u00a0<\/em>\".<\/p>\n

The growth in supply in the Paris region is therefore higher than the world average. The market would have been multiplied by nine between 2012 and 2017<\/strong>From 20 to 177, and eightfold internationally. What's more, these new workspaces are now openly targeting business hubs: \"\u00a0Since 2016 established business districts<\/strong> account for an average of 77% of openings compared with 22% between 2008 and 2015\u00a0<\/em>\"says the study. The authors add: \"\u00a0The new spaces are both larger, with centres of over 2,000 m\u00b2 accounting for over 2\/3 of openings, and the vast majority are now opening in established business districts (Paris Quartier Central des Affaires, Boulogne-Issy, etc.).<\/em>\u00a0\".<\/p>\n
