The accommodation specialist dedicated to business travel and Meetings &amp; Events customers is going to diversify its activities. MagicStay has begun construction of a new address, due to open in just over a month's time. This time, MagicStay will not be adding to its accommodation catalogue, but will instead be offering a workspace aimed at attracting start-ups and contributing to their development.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>share best practice, networks and knowledge<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This new business hub, called <strong>\"Business Travel - The Hub<\/strong> will open its doors on <strong>18 September<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Neuilly-sur-Seine<\/strong>. It will be located in the same building as the MagicStay offices, on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to offer new entrants to the market not only an infrastructure, but also the opportunity to share knowledge and experience. \"\u00a0<em>The aim is to welcome start-ups who are launching into the travel business and who want to share best practice, networks and knowledge of this highly complex market.<\/em>\u00a0\"explains Valery Lin\u00ffer, co-founder and CEO of MagicStay.\u00a0<em>several start-ups are already interested\u00a0<\/em>\".<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Business Travel - The Hub\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/229703100?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>MagicStay is mainly targeting start-ups that are either just starting out or are nearing the end of their incubation phase. To attract these players, the Business Travel - The Hub space will be offering attractive rates compared with what is available on the market. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/spaces-coworking-paris-essor-20170404.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">booming coworking market<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MagicStay is not the only player 'outside' the coworking sector to try its hand, since the Mama Shelter hotels have also taken the plunge by launching their space\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mama-works-coworking-mama-shelter-lyon-20170519.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Mama Works<\/strong><\/a>. According to an infographic recently published by Arthur Loyd concerning the Ile-de-France region, \"more than <strong>70,000 m\u00b2 of coworking space<\/strong> will open their doors in 2017, almost as many as in the last 5 years\".<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In September, MagicStay will be inaugurating a new coworking space called Business Travel -
