A <strong>identification system<\/strong> will be able to identify passengers with time-limited connections. In the event that they risk missing their connection, the British airline will provide a <strong>airside car transfer<\/strong>i.e. on the <strong>tarmac<\/strong>between the two flights. A message will also be sent directly to <strong>the aircraft crew<\/strong> so that they can inform the passenger that a car is waiting at the foot of the aircraft for their transfer.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>a proactive approach to offering customers high-quality assistance<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>British Airways' new Head of Brand and Customer Experience, <strong>Carolina Martinoli<\/strong>said that \"<em>The possibility of missing a connection is one of the most stressful situations a customer can be exposed to. With the new Premium Transfer Drive, we can now take a proactive approach to providing customers with quality support.<\/em>\".  According to Carolina Martinoli, feedback from passengers is good and some customers are even starting to spread the word. The future integration of <strong>WiFi<\/strong> on board will inform customers directly of the availability of the car transfer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>British Airways is
