Set to <strong>from 2,500 to 4,000 rooms<\/strong>The hotel offer will open up to other types of accommodation, such as <strong>new generation youth hostels<\/strong> while, of course, relying on more business-oriented brands. Set to become an architectural beacon for the district, the <strong>Tour of the arch gardens<\/strong> is intended to be a vertical village, with shops and bars on the first floors, offices higher up, and 700 hotel rooms encompassing <strong>four brands of the IHG group<\/strong> - Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Staybridge - and to top it all off, a rooftop.
