Launched a few months earlier and used by <strong>more than 400,000 people<\/strong>It allows you to book and manage your business trips via a free account with a mobile application and expense claim management. \"\u00a0<em>V.Pro is mainly used by VSEs and SMEs, but also by employees of major accounts who come to check prices and make reservations.<\/em>\" explains <strong>Jean-Baptiste Goujon<\/strong>The site's sales director points out that 25% of its business is generated by business travellers. And he adds: \"\u00a0<em>40% have switched to mobile and no longer print their tickets, which is considerably more than for leisure customers. 27% use 1st class, but companies are looking for good fare opportunities in order to make savings.<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n<p><strong>V.Pro<\/strong> was extended at the start of the new academic year to include an Enterprise interface for companies wishing to manage their employees' business travel and expenses. Once a company account has been created and synchronised with each employee's profile, the travel manager can centralise and monitor all orders in real time, sort them in Excel format for easier analysis, and download accounting documents for a period of one year. \"\u00a0<em>We are very satisfied with the start-up of this service with\u00a0<strong>1,800 registered companies\u00a0<\/strong>since the beginning of September<\/em>\" he adds.<\/p>\n<p>While remaining free, OUI Pro will be enhanced with\u00a0<strong>new features in 2018\u00a0<\/strong>according to feedback from users at workshops. At the same time, OUI.sncf is increasing its exchanges with e-tourism start-ups to make business travel more fluid. \"\u00a0<em>The aim is to adapt the interface to anticipate traveller expectations and speed up the booking process. We could also add services with partnerships such as Avis for car hire or iDCAB to book a chauffeur-driven vehicle.<\/em>\" concludes Jean-Baptiste Goujon, who hopes to reach the\u00a0<strong>30% business customers on OUI.sncf in 2020<\/strong>.
