\"\u00a0What is your ideal seminar?<\/em>\u00a0\"This is the question posed by the teams at Bird Office<\/strong> \u00e0 1030 French employees<\/strong>. The specialist in meeting space rental has published the results of its study, which places the mountain<\/strong> top of the list of popular destinations, ahead of seminar in a castle<\/strong>. However, the destination is not the main criterion for success: the organisation and originality of the activities are the two essential ingredients, according to Bird Office. Visit recreational activities<\/strong> are favoured by a majority of participants (63%), ahead of sport activities<\/strong> (52%) and culinary<\/strong> (40%). Conversely, karaoke is at the bottom of the ranking (10%)...<\/p>\n

As for the seminar format, employees prefer short events: \"\u00a0to be effective the seminar must not exceed two days<\/strong> and must include less than 50 people<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>\"say the authors of the study, who add \"\u00a0In short, an average duration and a fairly small number of guests to give you time to meet as many people as possible and exchange as much information as possible.<\/em> \". Exchange is the key word at seminars, with 72% of those surveyed saying they take advantage of the seminar to talk to everyone and seize the opportunity to meet new colleagues. In addition, Bird Office has identified a relatively studious panel, with 45% of those surveyed saying that they invest themselves fully in all activities and 50% saying that they listen attentively to management speeches.<\/p>\n

According to the Bird Office survey, seminars are still very common in the business world. In fact, a very large majority of employees (84%) have already taken part in such an event.\u00a0This confirms that this internal event remains essential for many companies and that it is an opportunity that is not just reserved for large companies.<\/em>\u00a0\"says Bird Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
