It is <strong>Marc Leidelinger<\/strong>Marc Leidelinger, Chairman and founder of the business travel agency, who made the deal official on 30 November, a few days after signing the agreement with his British counterparts. For the time being, the identity of the French agency has been maintained, as has Marc Leidelinger's presidency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"&nbsp;<em>The shareholders of Frequent Flyer Travel Paris have decided to sell their shares to our long-standing partner&nbsp;<\/em>\"said Marc Leidelinger, clearly very proud to have attracted the interest of such an agency.&nbsp;<em>I've been to dozens of TMCs around the world, and if there's one I admire, it's Reed &amp; MacKay.&nbsp;<\/em>\"he assures us, believing that this acquisition will give his agency \"&nbsp;<em>visibility, trunk space and breathing space&nbsp;<\/em>\". The deal will also, and above all, provide the agency with a new financial windfall, ensuring its future in the crucial field of <strong>new technologies<\/strong>. Frequent Flyer Travel Paris customers will soon be able to measure this progress, as within a year the agency will be offering them a <strong>new suite of tools<\/strong> owners, including one <strong>online booking tool<\/strong>. International presence also weighed in the balance when it came to choosing between the \"many contenders\" mentioned by Marc Leidelinger, who stresses the growing demand for globalisation among the agency's clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/reed-mackay-abu-dhabi-20221205.html\/\" data-id=\"137553\">Reed &amp; Mackay sets up in Abu Dhabi<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in <strong>1962<\/strong>The Reed &amp; MacKay agency generated sales of 55 million euros this year, mainly from its <strong>business travel activity (95%)<\/strong>. Its portfolio of some 600 customers is managed by a team of 500 employees.
