{"id":68535,"date":"2017-12-14T10:00:17","date_gmt":"2017-12-14T09:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/?p=68535"},"modified":"2021-12-14T15:44:26","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T14:44:26","slug":"club-med-resort-grand-massif-samoens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/club-med-resort-grand-massif-samoens","title":{"rendered":"Club Med: a new mountain resort and plans for paradise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sri Lanka in 2019, the Seychelles in 2020, Vietnam in 2021 and, no doubt, other popular destinations for leisure travellers: Club Med, which is already present in 40 countries, is continuing to internalise its activities with the announced opening of three new resorts on idyllic beaches. The group plans to accelerate its growth in the coming years, with club openings expected to follow on from each other at a rate of three to five a year between now and 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Club Med is not forgetting its native France, however, with the Grand Massif Samo\u00ebns Morillon resort opening its doors on 17 December. The four-trident resort also boasts a seminar room designed according to the new concept developed by the Dragon Rouge agency for Meetings &amp; Events by Club Med.<\/p>\n<p>It can accommodate up to 20 people in plenary sessions, and is equipped with a 'working wall' - a piece of furniture comprising an interactive screen, an integrated paperboard and a Clickshare connection system - and an 'energy wall', containing bottles of water, snacks and connections for recharging mobile phones, as well as a mobile trolley for coffee breaks.<\/p>\n<h2>Club Med strengthens its mountain offering<\/h2>\n<p>This inauguration will be followed by others to strengthen the group's mountain offering. This will be the case in France at Les Arcs 1600 in December 2018, but also, from this winter, on the island of Hokkaido in Japan. Club Med's international expansion is also taking shape in white. Another resort is expected to open in Canada in 2020 in the Charlevoix mountains, an hour from Quebec City international airport. This first resort in North America will cater for families and business travellers alike, with dedicated areas for seminar groups.<\/p>\n<p>Companies present in China will benefit from the development of Club Med Joyview, equipped with seminar rooms and always located close to major cities and international airports. Buoyed by its takeover in 2015 by the Chinese conglomerate Fosun, Club Med is expecting two more this year, including one near Hangzhou, then two more in 2018, notably near the Great Wall.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the opening of the Grand Massif Samo\u00ebns Morillon resort on 17 December, Club Med is expanding its range of mountain resorts.
