There were also 1 million more passengers on Intercit\u00e9s trains than last year. \"\u00a0<em>We are starting to see the first fruits of the <strong>differentiating our services<\/strong> between <strong>inOUI<\/strong> for the premium offer and <strong>YESgo<\/strong> for the TGV at the best price<\/em>\" said Guillaume Pepy, Chairman of the SNCF, on the occasion of the rebranding of the Voyages-sncf.com website as OUI.sncf.<\/p>\n<p>Growth in traffic over the next few years will be based mainly on <strong>YESgo<\/strong> from the current 5% to <strong>25% in 2020<\/strong>. The way is thus well paved for this low-cost offer launched in 2013, with a forecast of 7 million passengers this year, 14 million in 2018 and 25 million in 2020. To achieve this, OUIgo has just entered Paris with TGVs departing from Paris-Montparnasse to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bordeaux-renaissance-grande-vitesse-20170703.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bordeaux<\/a>Nantes and Rennes<\/strong>. Other Paris stations are expected to follow. \"\u00a0<em>The growth of OUIgo requires <strong>SNCF's far-reaching industrial transformation<\/strong><\/em>\" said Guillaume Pepy.<\/p>\n<p>Competing with <strong>carpooling<\/strong> and <strong>Macron coaches<\/strong>Thanks to OUIgo, the SNCF believes it has regained market share among young people and families.\u00a0<em>highly price-sensitive customers<\/em>\" says Rachel Picard, CEO of Voyages SNCF. The arrival of OUIgo TGVs at Paris stations could also have a major impact on the quality of service. <strong>attract companies with a \"best buy\" policy<\/strong> whose travelling employees are likely to be looking for low-price TGV tickets at the last minute.<\/p>\n<p>To grow from 99.7 million passengers in 2016 to 115 million in 2020, SNCF is also banking on its platform <strong>YES.sncf<\/strong> which, under its previous name, was France's leading e-commerce site, selling 86 million tickets in 2016 and generating sales of \u20ac4.1 billion. It therefore accounts for almost 50% of sales of the high-speed offer. \"\u00a0<em>The aim is to strengthen the relationship with OUI.sncf by making it simpler, more relevant and more attractive to travel, whatever your budget.<\/em>\" says Julien Nicolas, the site's French director. Customer service has also been strengthened, with 24\/7 availability. A change of name that at last bears witness to the <strong>international ambitions<\/strong> of the site, with the word \"YES\" easily understood by foreign customers. The target has been set at 100 million tickets distributed on the site by 2020.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SNCF, which is aiming to win back 15 million passengers by 2020, was halfway there in 2017 thanks to a recovery in TGV traffic. The changeover of the Voyages-sncf.com website to Oui.sncf is part of this policy of winning back new
