The aim is to increase the number of members - currently 400,000 - by building loyalty and offering greater flexibility and personalised services.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>this new programme now rewards frequency and not just class of travel<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\"\u00a0<strong>Eurostar Club<\/strong> is available to all passengers, whether they are travelling for leisure or business, and regardless of the number of journeys made or amounts spent. This new programme rewards <strong>frequency<\/strong> and not just the class of travel. Finally, it offers even more attractive advantages, such as upgrades<\/em>\" explains <strong>Doroth\u00e9e Mariotte<\/strong>Senior Customer Insight and Retention Manager at Eurostar.<\/p>\n<h3>The Classic level dedicated to the world of Eurostar<\/h3>\n<p>In detail, Club Eurostar comprises <strong>three levels<\/strong> based on its annual ticket consumption. <strong>Classic<\/strong>The first level, which is open to everyone, allows you to spend the points accumulated - and even share them with friends and family - on tickets for the airline and to obtain upgrades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantage<\/strong>The second and new level introduced with this overhaul of the loyalty programme is accessible from 400 points spent with Eurostar (\u20ac1 or \u00a31 = 1 point), which corresponds to <strong>5 round trips per year<\/strong>. These points can be spent with other high-speed carriers that are members of the alliance. <strong>Railteam<\/strong> as the <strong>SNCF, Deutsche Bahn, Thalys, Lyria<\/strong>...
