Property investor Pandox has entrusted the Spanish group with the management of two of its properties, the BLOOM! and Berlaymont hotels. NH Hotel will officially take over the operation of these hotels in February 2018 and will be able to count on <strong>two strategically located, high-capacity facilities<\/strong>. Right in the city centre, the stylish BLOOM! hotel offers 305 rooms and 2,000 m2 of meeting space. The Hotel Berlaymont is located, as its name suggests, a stone's throw from the headquarters of the European Commission, and offers 214 rooms and 7 meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p>The NH Hotel group's strategy is to strengthen the offering of its upmarket NH Collection and nhow brands, and these two establishments are part of that strategy. Earlier in the year, still in the Belgian capital, the Spanish hotelier had already presented the freshly renovated NH Collection Grand Sablon, with 192 rooms and 11 meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<h2>NH Hotel focuses on top-of-the-range<\/h2>\n<p>Of the thirty or so projects currently under way and due to be completed by 2021, most involve these two brands. The NH Collection brand will strengthen its presence in Spain, in Valencia, and in Germany, in Frankfurt, and will soon be introduced in Cuba, in Havana. For its part, <strong>the luxurious and stylish nhow sign<\/strong> has also been announced for Frankfurt, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Marseille, Amsterdam and London, with hotels designed by two 'starchitects', Rem Koolhaas and Norman Foster respectively.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Spanish group will soon have nine establishments in the Belgian capital.
