BCD Travel has therefore announced the <strong>9th January<\/strong> the widespread use of <strong>Air Disruption Compensation service<\/strong> on the European market. This tool is designed to simplify the compensation process. In concrete terms, thanks to Air Disruption Compensation, BCD Travel automatically identifies all flights that are eligible for compensation. These are then notified by email to passengers, who are also informed of the procedure to follow and are then guided through the compensation process. In addition, this new service is based on the \" <em>no results, no payment<\/em> \"If no compensation is paid, no service charge is applied.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>793 million euros on the table<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\" <em>Given the amount of unclaimed sums, our customers' travellers are missing out on considerable benefits, such as compensation for the inconvenience caused by delays.\u00a0<\/em>\"said Stewart Harvey, President EMEA, BCD Travel. \"\u00a0<em>Our solution, available to all our European customers, aims to inform them of their rights to compensation and simplify the claims procedure for their travellers. In this way, they can effectively assert their rights. We continue to guide our customers towards a growing number of value-added services and opportunities, helping travellers to travel better<\/em> \".
