Used by numerous establishments in the United States and Europe, including the Dolce Chantilly, this solution provides organisers with a mini-site dedicated to their events.<\/p>\n
Using this free website, meeting planners can easily manage the rooming list and monitor the volume of bookings thanks to detailed reports. For their part, participants will have access to a simple and intuitive interface for booking their accommodation. This simplifies the process, not to mention the fact that all the information on a given event - airport transfers, conference schedule, calendar of activities - can be found on this site, promoting better communication before and during the event.<\/p>\n
The Passkey solution will initially be available in around a hundred hotels worldwide, before being extended to all the group's large hotels with a high MICE activity.
