However, according to the business travel agency, \"\u00a0<em>up to 50 % of unused flight tickets can be (partially) refunded\u00a0<\/em>\"Even for the lowest fares. This is why BCD Travel is launching a new tool, a \"ticket tracker\", to automate these refunds.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>a safety net<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In practical terms, the business travel agency identifies tickets potentially affected by a refund request, then automatically refunds them to its customers, without even having been alerted in advance by the traveller. \"\u00a0<em>Our ticket-tracking service acts as a safety net, even for companies with a large number of tickets. <strong>low price policy\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\"says Stewart Harvey. He continues: \"\u00a0<em>We can book low fares and guarantee a (partial) refund in the event of cancellation or rebooking. Airlines can make a lot of money by keeping these sums when they haven't provided the transport service, so they don't offer refunds spontaneously. This is where BCD Travel comes in: we guarantee our customers all the refunds to which they are entitled and provide them with a clear overview of the corresponding amount.<\/em> \".<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BCD Travel is launching a new service to automate the refund of unused tickets for business travellers.
