According to the study published on <strong>7 June<\/strong> by <strong>SAP Concur<\/strong>However, the picture varies from country to country. Northern Europe, for example, seems to be very familiar with these new technologies. <strong>Finland<\/strong> where <strong>97%<\/strong> of professionals say they are familiar with the term AI. The same is true in Germany (93%), the UK (92%), Denmark (89%) and Sweden (85%). The <strong>France<\/strong> tip in <strong>last position<\/strong> with 76% of professionals informed. Moreover, less than a third of French professionals (28%) say they use artificial intelligence on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>To gain a better understanding of the relationship between European employees and Artificial Intelligence, it is necessary to clarify what lies behind this protean term. The majority of respondents (58%) associate AI with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/singapour-robots-service-humain-20170927.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>robots<\/strong> <\/a>capable of dialoguing with humans, in front of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/assistants-vocaux-hotellerie-20180522.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">voice assistants<\/a><\/strong> (51%), the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/reconnaissance-faciale-finnair-20170502.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">facial recognition<\/a><\/strong> (41%) and - to a lesser extent - the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/le-boom-des-bots-20160706.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chatbots<\/a><\/strong> (22%). In terms of day-to-day use, however, voice assistants - whether called Siri, Alexa or something else - are the most common for 51% of French professionals, 57% of Germans and 55% of Britons.<\/p>\n<p>What about business travel? SAP Concur is quick to point out the potential offered by Artificial Intelligence for <strong>customise<\/strong> the different stages of business travel, and even<strong>anticipate<\/strong> on the needs of each traveller. This potential is not lost on European professionals, as a large proportion of Danes (30%), Swedes (29%), Germans (27%) and British (21%) would like to use artificial intelligence to \"\".\u00a0<em>take advantage of <strong>personalised recommendations<\/strong> in terms of the services available in hotels, for example, the type of restaurants in the area, or the events taking place during their business trips\u00a0<\/em>\"says the survey report. As for French employees, they see AI in terms of analysing the costs associated with business travel, and therefore anticipating these expenses, while their Finnish counterparts talk about automating the processing of expense claims. Finally, many professionals would welcome the use of artificial intelligence in the field of security. Thus, 46% of German employees, 52% of Finnish employees and 35% of French employees believe that artificial intelligence can make their business trips safer, thanks to the prediction of climatic or terrorist risks, for example.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAP Concur surveyed some 4,000 employees in 6 European countries.
