The French hotelier had even expressed its interest in a very official way, by way of a press release. Since then, the airline group has not really emerged from the turbulence that has persisted for several months, marked by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-demission-pdg-20180504.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resignation of its CEO<\/a>following the failure of the \"referendum\" proposed by management.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>the necessary conditions for a minority stake in Air France-KLM have not been met at this stage<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>With the publication of its half-year results, AccorHotels management decided to close the file. \"\u00a0<em>The Group considers that the necessary conditions for acquiring a minority stake in Air France-KLM have not been met at this stage, and has therefore decided not to pursue this project.<\/em>\u00a0\"states the press release published on <strong>26 July<\/strong>. However, \"\u00a0<em>AccorHotels remains convinced of the strong value-creation potential of a stronger association between hoteliers and airline partners\u00a0<\/em>\"it
