A.<\/strong> - The idea of <strong>MOB House<\/strong>the first of which will open <strong>end of 2019<\/strong> on the outskirts of the Paris flea market, came quite naturally, in order to satisfy all these people. <strong>generation of entrepreneurs<\/strong> who come from the provinces or other parts of Europe to work in Paris several times a month and who are fed up with renting a studio plus a workspace.<\/p>\n<h3>How will Mob's innovative spirit translate into a residence?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>C. A.<\/strong> - With <strong>Philippe Starck<\/strong>Our aim is to offer flats that we'd all like to have in Paris. The idea is <strong>50 m\u00b2 to 100 m\u00b2 rooms<\/strong> with absolute comfort and perfect <strong>adapted to mobile working<\/strong>. The sleeping area is elegantly concealed from the living area, a cosy place where business travellers can perfectly hold a meeting. <strong>meeting of five or six<\/strong>. Everything is designed to receive clients in the same way as in a traditional office, with screens integrated into the ceiling to make it easier for clients to get in and out of the office. <strong>project presentations<\/strong>printers, and telephones equipped for <strong>videoconferencing<\/strong>. In addition, as the rooms are interconnected via back doors, several employees can meet up for a chat. <strong>brainstorming week<\/strong>. Everyone sleeps in the same place, but each with their own space and bathroom.<\/p>\n<h3>What equipment will you be offering?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>C. A.<\/strong> - It will have the bare minimum, just enough to make a coffee for its customers. But no oven, no induction hob; maybe a microwave, but nothing's decided yet. Our customers like to treat themselves and don't want to eat pasta every day. So we're opting for room service with quality, organic products. Residents will also find MOB's trademark <strong>terraces<\/strong> everywhere, even in the bedrooms, a garden <strong>pool<\/strong>two restaurants, a bar <strong>cultural dimension<\/strong> strong...
