Already present in Paris-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bordeaux-renaissance-grande-vitesse-20170703.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bordeaux<\/a> and Paris-Toulouse since summer 2017, this SNCF premium offer has helped to boost customer satisfaction on the TGV Oc\u00e9ane route by 10 points. It has now been extended to Paris-Lyon and the Eastern network to Metz, Nancy and Strasbourg. Paris-<strong>Lille<\/strong>Paris-<strong>Marseille<\/strong> and Paris-<strong>Nice<\/strong> next December, with the aim of <strong>offer InOui across the entire network by 2020<\/strong> with 280 TGV trains, compared with around a hundred today.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_78347\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-78347\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/inoui-2018.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-78347\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/inoui-2018.jpg\" alt=\"InOui\" width=\"700\" height=\"522\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/inoui-2018.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/inoui-2018-300x224-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/inoui-2018-80x60-derived.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/inoui-2018-265x198-derived.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-78347\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">SNCF invests \u20ac190 million in renovating 224 TGVs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>InOui embodies the promise made to customers to provide more comfort, more services and more connectivity for the same price.<\/em>\" said Rachel Picard. To achieve this, SNCF is investing <strong>190 million euros<\/strong>\u00a0in the renovation of <strong>224 HIGH-SPEED TRAINS<\/strong> 300 million in equipment for the <strong>free wifi<\/strong> so that passengers can work or play while staying connected. France's ten biggest stations have also been equipped with gates at platform entrances to control and filter passengers. \"\u00a0<em>InOui is also about people, with 8,000 employees who have been trained to provide this dockside service and customer relations by being available, attentive and ready to listen to all passengers during their journey.<\/em>\" she adds. La <strong>business customers<\/strong> has not been forgotten with the <strong>Business Premi\u00e8re<\/strong> and the ongoing renovation of the <strong>Grand Voyageur lounges<\/strong>. \"\u00a0<em>We've added service in 1st class Pro<\/em>\" she insists, giving as an example the distribution of newspapers and a drink on the quay before boarding.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>the culmination of our \"YES\" strategy<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>This launch is the culmination of our <strong>\"YES strategy<\/strong>customers can now choose between INOui and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ouigo-gare-lyon-le-9-decembre-20180911.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OUIGO<\/a> for the low-cost offer currently available to 25 destinations<\/em>\" concludes the Voyages SNCF CEO. Aimed at <strong>relaunch the TGV model<\/strong>This ambitious project aims to achieve the following overall objectives <strong>125 million passengers carried by 2020<\/strong>an increase of <strong>25%<\/strong> compared with 2016.
