Few companies really take the pulse of their employees through surveys that are exhaustive, regular and independent. Some companies try to <strong>take account of internal feedback<\/strong> when they change their travel policy, but generally it's more a question of feedback. <strong>informal<\/strong>on an empirical basis. On the whole, travellers are more <strong>frustrated by frugality<\/strong> that is asked of them than by the lack of consultation.<\/p>\n<h3>How do you view the open approach embodied by Google?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pascal Jungfer -<\/strong> This method may be suitable for companies that decide not to have a real travel policy and that are going to adopt <strong>gamification tools<\/strong>. This could lead to development, perhaps not in large groups, but in SMEs, law firms or companies specialising in new technologies that decide to have a \"new business\". <strong>a freer approach to travel policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Are travel policies evolving to adapt to new trends?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pascal Jungfer -<\/strong> There is always a delay, because travel policies are often not reviewed regularly enough, even if the situation varies greatly from one company to another.<\/p>\n<h3>Any advice on how to encourage compliance with the travel policy?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pascal Jungfer -<\/strong> What is crucial is the way in which this travel policy is distributed and disseminated within the company. It is therefore <strong>very important that communication and human resources be involved<\/strong>.
