To achieve this, the rail group is creating <strong>SNCF e-travellers<\/strong> by bringing together its three technological nuggets: the OUI.sncf site (formerly Voyages-sncf.com), its SNCF application and VSCT, its <strong>digital research laboratory<\/strong>. \"\u00a0<em>With SNCF e-voyageurs, we want to offer the mobility solution that our customers expect as they look for ever more personalised journeys.<\/em>\" explains Alexandre Viros, CEO of OUI.sncf.<\/p>\n<p>The new SNCF app should incorporate the latest in-house technological advances, with OUI.sncf first developing its <strong>conversational channels<\/strong> via its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/le-boom-des-bots-20160706.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bots<\/a> (on Facebook Messenger or on its website with OUIbot) used by 10,000 people a day, or via the iOS and Android apps, which are used by 80,000 people a month. The OUI.sncf application has been loaded 17 million times since its launch, with some 3 million monthly visitors.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_79623\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-79623\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/e-voyageurs-sncf.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"td-modal-image wp-image-79623 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/e-voyageurs-sncf.jpg\" alt=\"e-travellers\" width=\"700\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/e-voyageurs-sncf.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/e-voyageurs-sncf-300x168-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-79623\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The launch of e-voyageurs is based on the OUI.sncf website, the SNCF application and the VSCT digital research laboratory.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The SNCF application, for its part, has been downloaded 12 million times, but receives 40 million visits every month (including revisits), being used particularly for home-to-office journeys. From the <strong>end of October<\/strong>These everyday journeys will benefit from additional functionalities, with the application now able to provide real-time information on multimodal journeys in the Ile-de-France region, as well as in Amiens, Bayonne, Blois, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Dreux, Lille, Montargis, Orl\u00e9ans and Quimper.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>As well as SNCF services (TGV INOUI, OUIGO, Intercit\u00e9s, Transilien and TER trains, TER coaches), the system will be able to add other means of transport such as taxis, the metro, trams, buses, coaches, RER trains and even self-service bicycles. In these <strong>11 towns<\/strong> solutions <strong>canvassing<\/strong>. Using artificial intelligence, the app will be able to devise an alternative route in the event of disruption, or even suggest future journeys in advance, based on the traveller's preferences and travel predictions.
