The valet service is based on <strong>four criteria<\/strong> to classify <strong>50 largest international airports<\/strong> in terms of passenger traffic: the distance of the airport from the city centre, the availability and price of transport, car park capacity and the quality of valet parking. According to the rankings published on 22 October, the airport at <strong>Phoenix Sky Harbor<\/strong> in the United States came first in the rankings with a score of 9.2\/10. The airports of <strong>Benito Juarez<\/strong> in Mexico and <strong>Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta<\/strong> complete the podium. At the back of the pack are two top business destinations: <strong>London Gatwick<\/strong> on page 46<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0place, while the two Tokyo airports - in this case <strong>Haneda and Narita<\/strong> - ranked 47<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0and 50<sup>e<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>19th place for Paris-CDG<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Madrid Barajas<\/strong> (5<sup>e<\/sup>), <strong>Istanbul Atat\u00fcrk<\/strong> (6<sup>e<\/sup>) and <strong>Barcelona El Prat<\/strong> (7<sup>e<\/sup>) are responsible for representing Europe in a Top 10 dominated by North America and India. It remains to be seen what effect the transfer of activity within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/nouvel-aeroport-istanbul-20181012.html\/\">new stamboulian airport<\/a>expected in the coming weeks...<\/p>\n<p>In France, the <strong>Roissy-CDG<\/strong> is the only French ambassador in this list. The Paris hub barely made it into the top 20 (19<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0place), mainly because of its distance from the city centre and the high cost of transport to get there. Yet, according to the study carried out by Harris Interative for Ector in September 2017, 43 % of travellers prefer to get to the airport by private vehicle and only 25 % use public transport.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ector has just unveiled its ranking of the world's most accessible airports.
