Then there are the French-speaking staff on board, as well as the cuisine prepared in the workshops of<strong>Alain Ducasse<\/strong>A range of products from the best French houses and a selection of grands crus.<\/p>\n<p>The architect of the sea <strong>Jacques Rougerie<\/strong> designed the <strong>Blue Eye<\/strong>A multi-sensory saloon where you can admire the ocean floor through two whale-eye windows below the waterline. Finally, the Champlain is very open to the outside world, with its sun decks, swimming pool and rear beach for water sports activities and expeditions in a zodiac. <strong>Ponant<\/strong> is destined to sail the world's warm waters: the Caribbean and the West Indies, the Gulf of Mexico and the Panama Canal, the Amazon and the Orinoco, Madeira and the Azores, not forgetting the islands of the
