Visit Business Travel Show<\/strong> - which opens in London on 20 February<\/strong> next - has taken the temperature of the market by surveying 134 buyers<\/strong>including a large majority of Britons (74 %). In 2017 and 2018, the Brexit<\/strong> was the 4e<\/sup>\u00a0the most crucial challenge according to those surveyed, it has suddenly risen to the top of the podium for 2019. A large majority (65 %) of travel managers even say they have no post-Brexit plan. The cost reduction<\/strong>which was the main objective for buyers from 2016 to 2018, has slipped to second place, followed by budget management. In terms of duty to protect<\/strong> - \"\u00a0duty of care<\/a>\u00a0\"It is no longer one of the ten major challenges for the future.<\/p>\n

At thehorizon 2022<\/strong>The Business Travel Show study makes the same observation: Brexit and cost-cutting will be the two main challenges facing buyers. The impact of a divorce between the United Kingdom and the European Union is a cause for concern when it comes to the movement of travellers from one country to another, with visas in seventh place. However, most buyers have no plans to change the way they manage their business travellers' journeys between now and next year. \"So wait and see...<\/p>\n
