Thanks to a partnership with the subscription-based streaming service, passengers will be able to watch their favourite programmes directly on the television. This approach is part of the development of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/assistants-vocaux-hotellerie-20180522.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">concept <strong>Connected Room<\/strong><\/a>The group plans to deploy them in several hundred establishments across the Atlantic in 2019, with this technology also set to make its debut outside the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Used to control the room's home automation system, the Hilton Honors loyalty programme application is the cornerstone of this connected room. Guests will be able to <strong>access their account <\/strong>Netflix by entering their login details through the application and add Netflix to their 'favourites' list for easy access. Customers who prefer to use the TV remote control can also press the 'Netflix' button to go straight to the connection screen. Travellers who have not yet subscribed can sign up from the TV to enjoy all the programmes offered by Netflix.<\/p>\n<p>\"<em>We know that when our customers travel, they want to feel as connected as they do at home. That's why we give them access to <strong>their favourite series and films<\/strong> during their stay<\/em>\" said Noelle Eder, Hilton's Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that before Hilton, the Marriott group had also signed an agreement with the world leader in subscription streaming back in 2015. In more than 1,400 hotels around the world, guests can access <strong>via the bedroom television<\/strong> to Netflix, but also to YouTube and other video and audio streaming platforms such as Pandora, Hulu and Crackle. In the same vein, other groups such as B&amp;B Hotels and Ascott are beginning to equip their rooms with multimedia keys so that mobile executives can find their entertainment programmes in the privacy of their rooms. <strong>Chromecast<\/strong>which enable multimedia content to be streamed from a smartphone or computer to a TV screen via the
