The report Cities & Trends<\/strong> published on 26 March<\/strong> by BCD Travel<\/strong> is based on data relating to air tickets booked by the business travel agency's customers in Europe. This edition looks back at last year's preferred destinations for business travel, and shows a degree of stability. This is because, London<\/strong> for Europe and New York<\/strong> <\/a>remain the two busiest business hubs in 2018, as in the previous year.<\/p>\n

Top 10 business destinations in Europe in 2018 (compared to 2017)<\/h4>\n

The trend is also stable for intercontinental destinations, with a ranking largely dominated by the United States <\/strong>The US market accounts for half the places in this top 10. The Cities & Trends report focuses on Chicago<\/strong>which recorded the biggest increase in the volume of reservations last year (+7.34 1Q3), and where theChicago O'Hare airport extension<\/strong>, which begins in 2019, should further enhance the appeal of this destination. However, the star of the intercontinental rankings remains - unsurprisingly - New York, ahead of two Asian destinations: Shanghai and Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
