Wheely is due to arrive in Paris this summer, in a busy VTC market where the new player will come up against, in particular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/kapten-chauffeur-prive-international-20190207.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kapten<\/strong><\/a>which is also in a phase of
