This is the message sent by <strong>American Express Global Business Travel (GBT)<\/strong> in its Ground Monitor 2019 report. The business travel agency is even forecasting a fall in fares on the Old Continent: \" <em>In Europe, car rental rates are expected to fall slightly in many major business destinations, with decreases ranging from -0.5% in the UK to -4.5% in Belgium.<\/em> \"say the authors of the report <strong>Ground Monitor 2019<\/strong>. At <strong>France<\/strong>Prices are expected to rise slightly, by 0.5%, compared with 2.5% for business travel in Switzerland. The trend is the same across the Atlantic, with fares expected to rise by no more than 1% in the United States and Canada, and no more than 0.75% in markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile and
