In discussions with Nicolas [Furlani, co-founder and CEO of Privateaser], it quickly became clear that we should join forces, as our two companies are very similar. <strong>very complementary<\/strong> while sharing the same values and ambitions. I am convinced that by combining our skills, <strong>tomorrow we're going to create Europe's leading events company<\/strong><\/em> \".<\/p>\n<h3>50 million in business volume in 2019<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Privateaser<\/strong> a year ago, carried out a <strong>fundraising of 10 million euros<\/strong>which was to enable him to <strong>gain ground in the BtoB segment<\/strong>. The deal will create a new heavyweight on the French market.
