La D\u00e9fense is continuing to diversify its hotel offer, with almost 1,000 new rooms soon to be added to the 2,600 already in existence. As part of its drive to transform itself into a true lifestyle centre, the Paris business district is turning to brands with a wide range of products and services. resolutely contemporary concepts<\/strong>. After a Citizen M in 2017, it's a Mama Shelter<\/a> which will open in 2020, for its third establishment in the Paris region after its original hotel in the 20th arrondissement and the one expected in 2019 at Porte de Versailles<\/a>. The trendy brand launched by the Trigano family, and in which Accor is a shareholder, will move to the Bellini district, near the Seine and the Oxygen tower. Housed in the former Litwin office building, the Mama Shelter<\/strong> will offer 211 rooms and two restaurants, one of which will be on the rooftop.<\/p>\n

From his side, Okko Hotels<\/strong> will be established in 2021 in the fast-developing part of the business district, behind the Grande Arche, near Paris La D\u00e9fense Arena<\/a>. In a mixed-use development designed by Jean-Paul Viguier and Marc Mimram, the establishment <\/a>will offer 184 rooms and its little extras designed for business customers, with a business corner, meeting rooms and its Club, like an airport lounge, offering snacks throughout the day.<\/p>\n
