Europcar Mobility has just announced the acquisition of<strong> Fox Rent A Car<\/strong>Fox Rent A Car is one of the leading independent players in the Atlantic. Present in 15 of the country's top 25 airports, Fox Rent A Car operates a network of 21 corporate stations and more than 100 franchises, with a fleet of around 18,000 vehicles. This will enable Europcar to <strong>access to the world's largest market<\/strong> rental and mobility services, thereby meeting the needs of both travellers in the United States and American customers travelling around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This takeover is announced as the last of the <strong>mergers and acquisitions programme<\/strong> started three years ago. \"<em>Following the acquisitions of Goldcar and Buchbinder in 2017, the acquisition of Fox Rent A Car, one of the largest independent car rental operators in the US, marks the latest stage in our transformational M&amp;A programme, which has enabled us to become <strong>a global 'mobility service company<\/strong><\/em>said Caroline Parot, CEO of Europcar Mobility Group. <em>The integration of Fox Rent A Car will be the platform for our future development in the United States, giving us the capacity to serve our corporate and leisure customers globally, wherever we operate, either directly or via our franchisees and partners in China, India, Japan and Canada.<\/em>For Allen Rezapour and Mike Jaberi, co-CEOs of Fox Rent A Car, the takeover offers their company \"a unique opportunity to develop its
