The directors of the business travel agency have just announced plans for a <strong>joint venture<\/strong>The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year or early in the first quarter of 2020. American Express GBT will own 65 % of the new Dubai-based joint venture, with Kanoo Travel's operations extending to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.<\/p>\n    <style>\n
