Alongside its expansion in Asia - in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ouverture-hotels-taipei-20190722.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Taipei<\/strong> <\/a>in 2017, then to <strong>Shanghai<\/strong> and <strong>Kuala Lumpur<\/strong> this year - the Dutch brand will be rolling out its low-cost design concept in several major American cities. Established in <strong>New York<\/strong> since 2014, Citizen M set up shop last August at <strong>Boston<\/strong>The hotel is located in the North End, the \"Little Italy\" of New England's capital. Close to the North Station transport hub, the hotel has 272 rooms and six meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p>This opening heralds a <strong>extensive deployment in 2020<\/strong>. After <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/seattle-esprit-pacific-northwest-20190326.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Seattle<\/strong> <\/a>in the first quarter - a stone's throw from the offices of Amazon and Google - then <strong>Washington<\/strong> before the summer, just off the National Mall, Citizen M will be heading for California at the end of the year. While in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-dormir-sous-le-golden-gate-bridge-2-20151130.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>San Francisco<\/strong><\/a>The hotel is due to open near Union Square, at <strong>Los Angeles<\/strong>Citizen M will be setting up in the heart of the city's Downtown in the final quarter. The chain also plans to double its stake in these two megacities, with projects under way in the district of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/san-francisco-soma-silicon-valley-20171016.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>SOMA<\/strong> <\/a>in San Francisco and Hollywood in Los Angeles. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/meilleures-adresses-miami-20170720.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Miami<\/a><\/strong>and the business district of Brickell are also on the list of future destinations.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In 2020, we are preparing for the opening of Paris Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Citizen M is not forgetting its European roots: after a third establishment opened this summer in Amsterdam, Zurich and Geneva are on the agenda for next year, in addition to Paris. \" <em>This is a major challenge for the sales teams: in 2018 we supported the opening of hotels in New York Bowery, Copenhagen Radhuspladsen and Shanghai Hongqiao, and four are currently being opened in 2019 in Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang, Amstel Amsterdam, Zurich and Boston North Station.<\/em>says Virginie Rouault, Citizen M's European Sales Director. <em>For 2020 we are preparing for the opening of <strong>Paris Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es<\/strong>Seattle South Lake and Washington DC Capitol<\/em> \"Virginie Rouault continues.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following its opening in Boston, Citizen M is preparing to take on a new dimension on the American market in 2020.
