For The Standard, the luxurious, jet-setting brand from<strong>Andr\u00e9 Balazs<\/strong>it is even its <strong>first appearance outside the United States<\/strong>. In keeping with its contemporary design concept, the hotel has revisited a brutalist building that once housed the offices of Camden Borough Council. On the programme: 266 rooms, a trendy bar and restaurant, and soon a second rooftop restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>A trendy new address, and ideally located for business travellers, as it is just opposite the <strong>Saint Pancras station<\/strong>. For <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/sharan-pasricha-hoxton-20170920.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The Hoxton<\/strong><\/a>London, however, is anything but a novelty, since that's where the lifestyle chain got its start. After Shoreditch in 2006 and Holborn in 2012, The Hoxton is continuing its exploration of the up-and-coming districts of the British capital by moving into Southwark at the beginning of September, where former factories are being transformed into galleries, bars and restaurants. Located close to Blackfriars Bridge, the hotel spans 14 floors and offers 192 rooms, several dining options, including a rooftop, as well as a <strong>coworking space<\/strong> with 744 offices and five meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_89133\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-89133\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/the-hoxton-southwark-model-room.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-89133\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/the-hoxton-southwark-model-room.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/the-hoxton-southwark-model-room.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/the-hoxton-southwark-model-room-300x200-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-89133\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Hoxton has added a third hotel to its London portfolio<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>From his side, <strong>Mama Shelter<\/strong> has not exported its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mama-works-coworking-mama-shelter-lyon-20170519.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coworking concept <strong>Mama Works<\/strong><\/a>. On the other hand, the brand brings its recognised sense of <strong>design<\/strong> with a hotel designed by interior architects <strong>Dion and Arles<\/strong>. Mama Shelter opened its doors in August in the trendy Shoreditch district, with 195 comfortable, ultra-connected rooms. Naturally, the hotel's communal spaces are the real attraction, with a vast restaurant organised around a long table, places to meet up and even karaoke rooms to keep the evenings going.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside these well-established names - with others also expected such as <strong>Radisson Red<\/strong> and a new <strong>Citizen M\u00a0<\/strong>-The British capital has seen the emergence of a new player with a warm, trendy concept, Scandinavian design and a <strong>wellness positioning<\/strong> stated. With 89 rooms, the<strong>Inhabit Hotel<\/strong>the result of the refurbishment of six Georgian houses in the Paddington district, offers capsules dedicated to meditation, yoga programmes to help you get a good night's sleep and running maps of the city. The latest trend: low prices.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<h3>Hard Rock Hotels: back to square one<\/h3>\n<p>A return to our roots. Visit <strong>1971<\/strong>Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened their first Hard Rock Caf\u00e9 on Park Lane in London's Mayfair district. Blending the standards of US cuisine with the relics of rock's Hall of Fame, the concept has since flourished around the world, from restaurants to casinos and hotels.
