They don't have to chase after the fleet manager to get access to a vehicle, and then go through the travel manager to book a hotel.<\/em>says Ousmane Mbodje. <em>With the introduction of<strong>booking tools<\/strong> and a <strong>centralisation of expenditure<\/strong>As a result, employees no longer have to make advance payments for accommodation or transport. This management system limits the number of expense claims and makes it possible to set up more efficient and effective expense management.<strong>clear rules<\/strong> for all trips.<\/em>\"<\/p>\n<p>What's more, it allows us to better support the company as it embraces new forms of mobility. \"<em>Le <strong>carpooling<\/strong> is one of the solutions. One interesting idea would be to pool the company's vehicles and make them available to employees at weekends and in the evenings, for a small fee.<\/em>\"concludes Ousmane
