From his <strong>TV show<\/strong> and official receptions, as well as trade shows such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/vivatech-2019-voyage-20190517.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>VivaTech<\/strong> in Paris<\/a>The costume changes, but never the headgear. And yet.., <strong>Andy Costa<\/strong> wears many hats. \"Ecologist, eco-reporter, eco-entrepreneur, ambassador for cycling in Africa\", he is also, and above all, the mastermind behind the Foundation for Cycling in Africa. <strong>MyDream For Africa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Abidjan has become a hub and is establishing itself as the African capital of ecology, with numerous events devoted to sustainable development.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A privileged witness to <strong>metamorphosis in abidjan<\/strong>He is confident about the future of C\u00f4te d'Ivoire's economic capital. \"<em>I'm very optimistic about the near future, thanks in particular to security and economic factors. Abidjan has become a <strong>hub<\/strong> and has established itself as Africa's ecological capital, with numerous events devoted to sustainable development.<\/em>\"says Andy Costa. The head of My Dream for Africa is convinced that the <strong>business district<\/strong> will change, and the employees who work there will adapt their habits. He cites the American civil servant who cycles to the embassy every day, and the employees of the <strong>African Development Bank<\/strong> who have also turned the corner. On their bikes...<\/p>\n<p>Beyond individual cases, the race against CO2 emissions is of course being played out at political level. And the first milestones have already been achieved. The projects that are coming on stream now include cycle paths, like the Grand Bassam promenade, and soon the Cocody bay. As for the<strong>Felix Houphou\u00ebt-Boigny University<\/strong>, <strong>500 self-service bicycles<\/strong> will be on offer from <strong>2020<\/strong>. \"<em>It's a strategic choice,\" he
