According to the company's management, \" <em>administration fees have been eliminated as part of an ongoing review of our fees and charges. This improves price transparency for our customers and reduces complexity.<\/em> \".<\/p>\n<p>The airline is in fact following in the footsteps of a large number of low-cost carriers which have decided to do away with these fees over the last two years. Ryanair, one of the first to abandon administrative fees on credit cards, had on the other hand added baggage surcharges and slightly increased its fares. Another low-cost airline particularly popular with business travellers is Germany's <strong>Eurowings<\/strong> does not charge any additional fee for credit card payments. It seems that only the ultra-low-cost airline Wizz Air still charges a fee of eight euros per booking.<\/p>\n<h3>Similar movement in Asia<\/h3>\n<p>In Asia, the low-cost carrier <strong>AirAsia<\/strong> announced at the beginning of September that it was abolishing its administration costs for Malaysian departures.
