At the end of 2019, a year dedicated to 70 years of RATP<\/strong>the 'old lady' of Parisian mobility will be looking after the cradle of the sector's new generations. From the month of January<\/strong>the first start-up accelerator<\/strong> of the RATP<\/strong> will be launched. The aim is to support new players<\/strong> and enable them to experiment with their innovations. Six months<\/strong> during six start-ups<\/strong> The selection teams will therefore be working on new forms of mobility and solutions dedicated to the \"new economy\".\u00a0better city living\u00a0<\/em>\"through six areas for consideration<\/strong>. Tomorrow's surface networks, AI for passenger information, the digitalisation of professions, the customer experience, the employee experience and air quality will all be on the agenda for this first class.<\/p>\n

\"Urbanopolis\"<\/a>
The RATP accelerator will give selected start-ups access to Urbanopolisau, a network of innovation centres straddling France and Morocco.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

However, these start-ups will not be relying directly on RATP to help them grow - no equity investment is planned - but they will be able to rely on this institutional sponsor at various levels. From a theoretical point of view, these start-ups will benefit from the expertise of RATP professionals, as well as from the Startup Leadership Programme, through mentoring credits of one hour per week. From a practical point of view, this accelerator will make it possible to finance field tests on the various transport networks - RER, metros, buses and trams - and will give the network access to the network of innovation centres.
