Visit <strong>L\u00e9man Express<\/strong> is beginning operations, becoming the largest cross-border regional rail network in Europe, with 45 stations and 230 kilometres of lines. The L\u00e9man Express links <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/geneve-luxe-calme-et-efficacite-20160107.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Geneva<\/strong> <\/a>\u00e0 <strong>Annemasse<\/strong> thanks to around forty trains. With a link every 10 minutes between the two towns, as well as two trains per hour from Geneva to Evian and one train per hour to Saint Gervais and Annecy at peak times, mobility within Greater Geneva and Haute-Savoie will be rethought. The project, mainly supported by <strong>SNCF R\u00e9seau<\/strong>The project took eight years to complete and required an investment of more than <strong>230 million euros<\/strong>The project will include the adaptation of Annemasse station, but above all the creation of a double track dedicated specifically to the L\u00e9man Express, underground in order to limit noise and visual pollution. All in all, the <strong>CEVA line<\/strong> (Cornavin-Eaux Vives-Annemasse) stretches over 16 km, adding to the 230 km of lines and 45 stations connected within a 60 km radius of Geneva. The network initially expects <strong>50,000 passengers a day<\/strong>with access to a new multimodal cross-border tariff called <strong>\"L\u00e9man Pass<\/strong>. It brings together ten French and Swiss operators, including SNCF Mobilit\u00e9s and the Swiss Federal Railways (CFF). The aim is to<strong>erasing the \"border effect<\/strong> using a single ticket to travel by train, RER, tramway, bus, coach and by boat on the Geneva
