In the <strong>air transport<\/strong>we are in the middle of <strong>technological upheaval<\/strong>. In the near future, the key words will be <strong>personalisation<\/strong>, <strong>intuitive technology<\/strong> and <strong>the whole travel experience<\/strong>. La <strong>NDC<\/strong> (New Distribution Capability), for example, makes it possible to fully customise the offer according to the passenger's wishes, including their preferred seat, ideal departure time, the addition of a stopover or even the type of meal. An \u00e0 la carte product that the reservation system will then integrate. Like the <strong>machines<\/strong> are going to become more and more <strong>intelligent<\/strong>In the future, they will anticipate passengers' expectations by presenting them not with a dozen flights from one destination to another, but only with a choice corresponding to the wishes they have expressed. And as technology becomes simpler, passengers will be able to change certain travel criteria right up to the last minute. And they can do this directly from their\u00a0<strong>application<\/strong> and <strong>at no additional cost<\/strong>. I also see a possible revolution in the <strong>payment system<\/strong>which began in <strong>Africa<\/strong> or in <strong>China<\/strong> where mobile phones can be used to pay for purchases without a credit card. Finally, technologies will be <strong>harmonised<\/strong>to enable <strong>total travel experience<\/strong>. All modes of transport can be integrated into a single document. On the same itinerary, you could have a limousine journey, then two flights, and finally a train transfer. This interface will be based on agreements between service providers.
