Our <strong>new loyalty programme<\/strong> will also make use of the data we have on our most loyal travellers. By refining their flight preferences, this will enable us to combine customer relationship management and loyalty technology.<\/em>\"<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">READ ALSO: \"\u00a0<a style=\"color: #a71f31;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/intelligence-artificielle-voyageurs-20181228.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artificial intelligence for business travellers \"<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Air Canada would like to become, within three years <strong>the reference employer<\/strong> in Canada in the field of AI, and within five years for the global air transport industry. The carrier has formed a <strong>centre of expertise<\/strong> made up of business leaders, scientists and engineers specialising in data, working closely with universities and researchers. Their findings will be used to put other initiatives into action, including the <strong>modernising the reservations system<\/strong> passengers and <strong>overhaul of the loyalty
