The ratio will be the same on the TER network, with 5 trains out of 10 running, while SNCF expects 1 Intercit\u00e9s train out of 5 and 1 Transilien train out of 5. International business travel will be relatively unaffected on Tuesday, with the Eurostar network in particular expected to run almost normally, while Thalys is forecasting 2 trains out of 3, and
