This portfolio was recently acquired by Covivio, one of Europe's largest property operators, which subsequently entrusted its operation to the Spanish hotelier. The NH group will thus be able to offer more than 1,000 new rooms, including <strong>Hotel Plaza in Nice<\/strong>These include the Palazzo Naiadi in Rome and the Palazzo Gaddi in Florence, the Dei Dogi and Bellini in Venice, the Carlo IV in Prague, and the New York Palace and New York Residence in Budapest.<\/p>\n<p>The transfer of these hotels to the NH Group is expected to take place on<strong> end of the first half of 2020<\/strong>This is the case for the hotels in Florence and Nice, which are currently undergoing complete renovation and are due to be transferred by June 2020 and January 2021 respectively. At the same time, Covivio intends to complete a programme of works across the entire portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of this vast repositioning programme, some of these hotels will complement the NH Collection upmarket offering, but most of them will play a key role in establishing the NH Collection brand. <strong>Anantara<\/strong> in Europe, one of the objectives of NH Hotel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/minor-hotels-nh-empreinte-mondiale-20181128.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">since it became part of the Thai group Minor in 2019<\/a>. \"<em>Following our integration within Minor Hotels, this transaction represents an extremely important milestone in the realisation of our joint ambition: to continue to expand the luxury Anantara Hotels, Resorts &amp; Spas brand in Europe.<\/em>\"commented Ram\u00f3n Aragon\u00e9s, CEO of NH Hotel Group. The luxury brand, which is essentially made up of very fine resorts in Asia and the Middle East, is set to make a major contribution to the development of the hotel industry. <strong>major breakthrough<\/strong> in the European city hotel sector, especially as it had already announced this summer that it was taking over the Marker in Dublin, a former member of the Leading Hotels group
