Palaiseau Saclay in January 2019, Montpellier Centre the following month, both in the economy access range, then Lille Centre Grand Place and Paris Nation in the second half of the year for its Adagio brand: the <strong>long-stay brand<\/strong> jointly owned by Accor and Pierre&amp;Vacances, has extended its footprint in France. \"<em>We have just completed a very dynamic year in 2019 with a number of innovative projects, including our latest opening in the 12th arrondissement of Paris with the Rothschild Foundation, the tallest wooden structure in Paris.<\/em>\"said Thomas Lamson, Director of Development and Programmes at Aparthotels Adagio.<\/p>\n<p>But more than just France, where it already has a large network, the brand is above all pursuing its strategy of <strong>internationalisation<\/strong>. Adagio now has 112 aparthotels, or almost 13,000 flats in 13 countries, but intends to double its portfolio by 2023 to 220 establishments worldwide. Last year, the European leader in medium and long-term stays discovered two new countries - Morocco, in Casablanca, for its <strong>first entry into North Africa<\/strong> and Saudi Arabia, in Jeddah - while strengthening its presence in Germany. A fifth establishment in the country was inaugurated in Bremen, opposite the main railway station.<\/p>\n<p>The current year will see this momentum continue and even accelerate, with twelve openings expected, including in Brussels, London and Leicester in the UK, Freiburg im Breisgau in Germany), as well as Dubai and Goiania in Brazil. With a record number of openings in 2019 - 17 in all, and in nine different countries - Aparthotels Adagio is getting ready to discover new horizons. <strong>new destinations<\/strong>These include Poland, Mauritius, Ukraine, Rwanda and Romania.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside these openings, Adagio is also working to expand its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/adagio-convivialite-coeur-cercle-20180214.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Cercle\" lobby concept<\/a>. Some forty refurbished establishments now offer this space designed as a <strong>a convivial place<\/strong> This contemporary space is organised around a shared kitchen and a library of objects.
