But we also have to prepare for the future, and <strong>CWT<\/strong> has been working to improve the booking experience for its travellers. The business travel agency has worked on this issue, adopting a multi-pronged approach. The trial was visibly satisfactory, with CWT managers stressing the importance of <strong>smooth user experience<\/strong>and therefore respect for <strong>travel policy<\/strong> which results: \" <em>The positive response to this easy-to-use, self-service booking channel, which has been rapidly adopted by travellers, has far exceeded our expectations.<\/em>\u00a0\"says Niklas Andreen, CWT's Chief Traveler Experience Officer.
