This certificate must not be valid for more than 4 days. The form can be <a href=\"https:\/\/infothek.bmvit.gv.at\/massnahmen-bei-der-einreise-aus-sars-cov-2-risikogebieten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">downloaded here<\/a>. Flight services have been suspended to France and Switzerland since 16 March and to Belgium since 17 March.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Bahrain :<\/strong><\/span> Passengers and travellers from the European Union are not authorised to enter or transit Bahrain.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Benin :<\/strong> <\/span>Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all travellers arriving from countries affected by the coronavirus.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Cambodia :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Since 16 March, travellers from France have been unable to enter or transit Cambodia. The measure will apply until 15 April.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">Canada :<\/span><\/strong> No new measures have been taken to date. Europeans can still arrive in the country, but more restrictive measures are expected in the coming days.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Chile :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all travellers arriving from France.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>China :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all travellers arriving at Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen airports from countries affected by the coronavirus. All passengers from all countries must be isolated for 14 days on arrival in Beijing.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">Colombia :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Travellers arriving from France can no longer enter Colombia.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Croatia :<\/strong> <\/span>14-day self-quarantine for all travellers arriving from countries where the disease is circulating. Passengers arriving from countries considered to be at risk are subject to compulsory quarantine and must pay their own costs in the country. An identification form must be completed on arrival.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Cyprus :<\/strong><\/span> no foreign passengers are allowed on the island<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Denmark :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>no foreign passengers are allowed to enter the country, except for nationals and travellers with a job in Denmark, as well as passengers in transit at the airport.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Egypt:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Passengers are examined and monitored for 14 days. A Health Observation Card must be completed.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Estonia :<\/strong> <\/span>no foreign travellers will be allowed into the country from 17 March.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/etats-unis-coupent-espace-schengen-20200312.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>United States:<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0All non-American passengers from the European Union (Schengen) and the United Kingdom are banned from entering the United States. Only passengers with residence and\/or work permits are excluded from this measure.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Gabon :<\/strong> <\/span>no foreign passengers are allowed on the territory.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Hong Kong :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0compulsory quarantine in the centre for French passengers for 14 days.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Hungary :<\/strong><\/span> The country is closing its borders to foreign travellers on 17 March.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>India :<\/strong> <\/span>all visas are declared invalid. No new visas issued until further notice.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Israel:<\/strong><\/span> no foreign passengers are allowed to enter the country.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Italy:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>no foreign passengers are allowed to enter the country.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Jordan :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0French passengers are not allowed to enter or transit Jordan.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Kenya :<\/strong> <\/span>Passengers arriving from high-risk areas must complete a health form on arrival.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Kuwait :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>no foreign passengers are allowed to enter the country.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Latvia :<\/strong><\/span> Foreign travellers are no longer allowed into the country, with the closure of the borders on 17 March.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><a style=\"color: #a71f31;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/beyrouth-renaissance-business-20180416.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lebanon<\/a> <\/span>:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Passengers from France are not permitted to enter Lebanon.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Lithuania :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0no foreign passengers are allowed to enter the country.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Maldives :<\/strong><\/span> Passengers arriving from France are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Malta :<\/strong> <\/span>compulsory self-quarantine for passengers arriving from a country considered to be a high-risk area.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Morocco :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>suspension of all air and sea links with France.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Moldova :<\/strong><\/span> foreign travellers are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Myanmar :<\/strong><\/span> Passengers arriving from France are quarantined for 14 days.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/norvege-incentive-hiver-fjord-20181129.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">Norway<\/span><\/a> :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Norway has just closed its international borders to all foreign travellers.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Oman :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>no visa issued for travellers from France.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Uzbekistan :<\/strong> <\/span>Travellers from France are no longer allowed into the country.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Peru :<\/strong> <\/span>Compulsory quarantine for French travellers for 14 days.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Poland :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0passengers are no longer allowed to enter Poland<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Qatar :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Mandatory quarantine for travellers arriving from France for 14 days. Transit passengers are excluded from this measure.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Russia :<\/strong><\/span> compulsory passenger reporting on a special telephone line for passengers arriving from France and compulsory self-check-in in Moscow and St Petersburg for 14 days.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Taiwan :<\/strong><\/span> Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all travellers arriving from countries affected by the coronavirus.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Czech Republic :<\/strong><\/span> no foreign passengers are permitted on Czech Republic territory, except for nationals and travellers with residence permits.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Serbia :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Passengers from France and Switzerland are no longer allowed to enter Serbia.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/singapour-hub-intelligent-20170927.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Singapore :<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0Passengers arriving from France are no longer permitted to enter Singapore, except for residents.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/republique-tcheque-slovaquie-barricadent-20200312.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Slovakia :<\/strong><\/span><\/a> complete suspension of passenger arrivals<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Sri Lanka :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Suspension of all visas. Passengers from Belgium, France and Switzerland are no longer allowed into the country.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Thailand :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Passengers from the European Union, with the exception of Italy, are obliged to place themselves in self-containment on arrival in the Kingdom.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Turkey:<\/strong><\/span> French and Belgian nationals and travellers who have stayed in France are no longer authorised to enter or transit Turkey.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Ukraine :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>All borders were closed from 17 March and all flights suspended.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\"><strong>Vietnam :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Visas are suspended for
