Overall, the logic is the same: a problem of <strong>reciprocity<\/strong> that would not be respected by the Chinese authorities: \"\u00a0<em>Air traffic between France and China is currently experiencing disruption due to the imbalance in services between French and Chinese airlines.<\/em>\" says the French embassy, which advises travellers to \"\u00a0<em>check regularly with the airline you have booked a seat with to make sure that your flight is being maintained, <strong>including on the day of departure<\/strong>. Some airlines market seats on unauthorised flights and only cancel these unauthorised flights at the last minute, even though they have known for several days that the flight cannot take place.<\/em>\" .<\/li>\n<li>After <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/horizon-assombri-qantas-20200708.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Melbourne<\/a><\/strong>As a result, other international hubs for business travel are again introducing restrictions and even confinement measures. Los Angeles is one of the areas affected by the new restrictions imposed by the Californian authorities. The hub of <strong>Bangalore<\/strong>India, has been under lockdown since 14 July, and neighbourhood lockdowns are coming into force in Tangiers, Bogot\u00e0 and Manila.<\/li>\n<li>Since 8 June, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/royaume-uni-quarantaine-juin-20200610.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>United Kingdom<\/strong> imposed a <strong>quarantine<\/strong> of fourteen days<\/a> to all travellers, including those from the European Union, despite opposition from the \"Quash Quarantine\" movement, which brings together some 500 companies including British Airways, easyJet and Ryanair. This quarantine is <strong>no longer imposed on France since 10 July<\/strong>. The measure has also been lifted for other countries such as Italy, Germany and Spain.<\/li>\n<li>Since <strong>1st July<\/strong>the European Union is once again accessible to a list of <strong>14 countries<\/strong>The list, unveiled on Tuesday, includes Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay. Travellers from China will also be accepted as long as the principle of reciprocity is applied to European travellers. This list, which does not include top business destinations such as the <strong>United States<\/strong>the <strong>Russia<\/strong>Israel or Brazil, needs to be updated <strong>every fortnight<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The airport of<strong>Orly<\/strong> reopened its doors on <strong>26 June<\/strong>. After <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/orly-arrete-roissy-operations-20200326.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">13 weeks closed<\/a>is <strong>Transavia<\/strong> which reopened the ball, with a first flight to Porto.<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>7 July<\/strong>business travellers will once again be able to visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/dubai-a380-emirates-retour-20200624.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Dubai<\/strong><\/a>This was made official by the local authorities on 21 June. Entry requirements include a negative Covid-19 test and appropriate health insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Rail companies are benefiting from the reopening of Europe's borders: Thalys is operating at 20% of capacity, but will be ramping up to 50% on 12 July. <strong>Lyria<\/strong> already provides 50% of its supply, and should reach 70% at the beginning of July. <strong>Eurostar<\/strong> is an exception, as the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/royaume-uni-quarantaine-juin-20200610.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\"fourteen weeks<\/a> <\/strong>imposed by Great Britain is severely limiting demand. Eurostar therefore operates only one daily return service from London to Paris and Brussels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">READ ALSO: \"\u00a0<a style=\"color: #a71f31;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/train-marques-europe-20200622.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Trains back on their feet in Europe<\/a>\"\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>In his speech on 14 June, Emmanuel Macron presented the broad lines of the <strong>third phase of deconfinement<\/strong>. This saw the whole of mainland France reclassified as a \"green zone\", and has been accompanied by measures to open up the market since 15 June, particularly for European mobility. However, on the day after the 35th anniversary of the Schengen Agreement, the reopening is very relative depending on the country of departure and arrival. The United Kingdom, for example, is maintaining its \"four-week period\", as is Spain, where the opening will wait until 21 June. France - like Belgium - has opted for a Europe-wide opening, but applies the principle of reciprocity. Other governments are imposing tests on nationals of the most exposed countries, or limiting their access to neighbouring countries, as in Norway and Denmark. According to Emmanuel Macron, borders outside Europe should open up from 1 July, but here again access will vary widely from one country to another. To make things clearer for travellers, the<strong>European Union<\/strong> has set up a <strong>dedicated website<\/strong>A map of the route, specifying travel options based on departure and arrival points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">READ ALSO: \"\u00a0<a style=\"color: #a71f31;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mobilite-deuxieme-phase-deconfinement-20200528.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Return to mobility with the second phase of deconfinement<\/a>\"\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Air France<\/strong> announced the <strong>18 May<\/strong> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-programme-20200520.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gradual resumption of flights<\/a> between now and the end of June, focusing on the domestic network, Europe and the French overseas territories. The airline is counting on a flight schedule representing 15% of its usual capacity for this period, based on <strong>75 devices<\/strong>. At the <strong>domestic<\/strong>since <strong>Paris CDG<\/strong>Air France will connect Ajaccio, Bastia, Biarritz, Bordeaux, Brest, Calvi, Clermont-Ferrand, Figari, Marseille, Montpellier, Nice, Pau, Perpignan, Toulon and Toulouse. The airport of <strong>Lyon-Saint Exup\u00e9ry<\/strong> will be linked to Biarritz, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/euratlantique-smart-bordeaux-20200127.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bordeaux<\/a>Brest, Caen, Lille, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/nantes-voyage-affaires-20181219.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nantes<\/a>Nice, Pau, Rennes, Strasbourg and Toulouse.<\/li>\n<li>Passengers on <strong>international flights<\/strong> arriving on the<strong>Paris-CDG airport<\/strong> are now controlled by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/cameras-thermiques-paris-cdg-20200515.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>thermal cameras<\/strong> installed by the ADP Group<\/a> in the baggage delivery area.<\/li>\n<li>L'<strong>Italy<\/strong> reopened its borders on <strong>3 June<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Since <strong>18 May<\/strong>, <strong>Lyria<\/strong> operates a second daily return service between Paris and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/geneve-luxe-calme-et-efficacite-20160107.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Geneva<\/a> (departure from Paris at 2.18pm), plus a return trip from Paris to Basel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emirates<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/emirates-retour-paris-20200513.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">resumed operations at <strong>Paris<\/strong> the <strong>22 May<\/strong><\/a>at the rate of <strong>three flights a week<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brussels Airlines<\/strong> has set a date of <strong>15 June<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>These announcements are part of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aerien-lumiere-europe-20200514.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a more general trend of increased activity in European skies<\/a>. This momentum is still modest, but should amount to some 700,000 seats in the coming weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>13 May<\/strong>The European Commission has urged Member States to reopen borders within the EU, calling for a \"gradual and coordinated\" approach.<\/li>\n<li>L'<strong>Spain<\/strong> made official the entry into force of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2020\/05\/12\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2020-4932.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">\"\u00a0<strong>quatorzaine<\/strong>\u00a0\"since <strong>15 May<\/strong><\/a>. This applies to anyone arriving from abroad (including from France), with a few exceptions. In particular, cross-border workers are spared this measure.<\/li>\n<li>In the wake of this, the <strong>France<\/strong> has decided to apply the <strong>same measurement<\/strong> to travellers arriving from Spain, \"\u00a0<em>on a principle of <strong>reciprocity<\/strong><\/em>\" .<\/li>\n<li>The other way round, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/quarantaine-iata-20200515.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>IATA<\/strong> has come out against these quarantine measures<\/a>which may well put the brakes on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aerien-lumiere-europe-20200514.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>resumption of flight activity<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>At the same time, an agreement has been reached between the <strong>France<\/strong>the <strong>Switzerland<\/strong>, l'<strong>Germany<\/strong> and the<strong>Austria<\/strong>Federal Councillor Keller-Sutter confirmed this at a press conference: \"\u00a0<em>We are aiming for <strong>complete opening of the border on 15 June<\/strong> between Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland<\/em>\" she added.<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>decontamination<\/strong> started in France on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/deconfinement-retour-progressif-20200429.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">11 May <\/a><\/strong>is accompanied by a host of health measures for the transport sector. Visit <strong>wearing a mask<\/strong> is compulsory, whether it involves taking a <strong>train<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/sncf-masques-filtrage-distanciation-20200507.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SNCF<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/masque-obligatoire-eurostar-thalys-20200504.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eurostar, Thalys<\/a>Lyria) or a <strong>flight<\/strong> Air France.<\/li>\n<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-comptes-reprise-20200507.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">airline<\/a> Since 11 May, it has also been operating a system of <strong>temperature control<\/strong> of passengers.
