Visit <strong>28 May<\/strong>At around 5 p.m., the Prime Minister outlined the contours of this <strong>second phase of the deconfinement plan<\/strong>which comes into force on <strong>2 June<\/strong>. This new stage marks the abolition of the <strong>100 km limit<\/strong> imposed until now on travel within France. Business and tourist travel will therefore be able to resume gradually at national level. Beyond that, the situation should be clearer by mid-June.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">READ ALSO: \"\u00a0<a style=\"color: #a71f31;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/deconfinement-dernieres-informations-20200512.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Deconfinement: the latest information<\/a>\"\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Edouard Philippe said he was in favour of a <strong>reopening of borders<\/strong> within the European Union on 15 June, without quarantine. \"\u00a0<em>Within Europe, the epidemic is slowing down: France will be in favour of reopening Europe's internal borders from 15 June if the health situation allows, without a four-week period for travellers from European countries.<\/em>\" said the head of government.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_96958\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-96958\" style=\"width: 590px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-96958 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/e-philippe.jpg\" alt=\"Edouard Philippe\" width=\"590\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/e-philippe.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/e-philippe-300x195-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-96958\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The second phase of decontamination will see a significant easing of travel restrictions, first in France and then in Europe.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Prime Minister also pointed out that reciprocal measures would apply. Clearly, if Spain maintains the 14-day isolation imposed on all travellers to its territory, France will do the same for passengers arriving from Spanish territory. Visit <strong>15 June<\/strong>Europe should also speak with one voice to specify the timetable and procedures for reopening the Schengen area's external borders. Following on from this, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/skytrax-aeroports-parisiens-20200527.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ADP Group<\/strong> <\/a>announced the <strong>reopening of Orly airport<\/strong> the <strong>26 June<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Other measures unveiled by the government on Thursday include the reopening of bars and restaurants - only on terraces in orange zones such as the Ile de France - and the launch of the \"Stop Covid\" application.
