A study published on <strong>15 June<\/strong> by <strong>Kapten<\/strong> - the VTC platform formerly known as <strong>Private Chauffeur<\/strong> and in the process of being renamed <strong>Free Now<\/strong> - opts for the most favourable option. According to the survey conducted between 11 and 31 May in <strong>150 European towns<\/strong>However, 20% of those questioned would be prepared to make greater use of this mobility offer, with the majority of respondents (67%) not wishing to change their mobility habits.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, the health file will play a key role in convincing users to travel by VTC again, <strong>Kapten France<\/strong> stating that its business has now reached <strong>70% of pre-Covid-19 volume<\/strong>. In the majority of destinations surveyed by the VTC platform, safety is cited as the number 1 criterion for renewed confidence, with users praising the disinfection of the vehicle (63%), the presence of a protective window (65%) and above all the availability of hydro-alcoholic gel (68%). However, the French market is an exception. If the results of the Kapten study are to be believed, safety is only the second most important criterion, with users being above all sensitive to the <strong>competitive pricing<\/strong>For more than 70 % of those surveyed. Another \"French exception\" is that, while the European trend is for travel habits to remain stable, French and Italian users are said to be \"more or less at home\". <em>significantly more people than those in other countries said they would travel as often as possible after the end of containment.
