Like <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/restaurants-commande-digitalise-accor-20200611.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">catering services<\/a><\/strong> hotels are turning to mobile tools to protect their customers by limiting the number of interactions required. On Tuesday, the trendy citizenM brand unveiled a new mobile application, based on the <strong>\"contactless<\/strong>. Travellers then have access to a completely digital experience, with their phone able to meet almost all their needs. Contactless check-in and check-out, ordering food and beverages, paying for in-room purchases, adjusting the ambience of the room (lights, blinds and temperature) and controlling the entertainment, or even requesting extra pillows or alarm clocks: it's all possible now! <strong>centralised in the mobile application<\/strong>transforming the smartphone into a multifunction remote control.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>a particularly demanding health context<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The management of citizenM, which refers to R&amp;D work by<strong>one year <\/strong>to develop these functions, intends to integrate this new contactless experience into all its establishments - i.e. <strong>19 hotels<\/strong> in London, New York, Amsterdam and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/citizenm-gare-de-lyon-20170919.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Paris<\/strong><\/a> -This has made contactless the new digital and health standard for its network. \"\u00a0<em>This international launch is taking place against a particularly demanding health backdrop<\/em>says citizenM's management, adding: \"\u00a0<em>New health standards and the need for social distancing are shaking up the tourism industry, forcing hoteliers to reinvent themselves and devise new
